Who we have on

People who own the deals.

The room is active CRE operators, investors, and founders. If you run the firm and sign the checks, you fit. Any market, any asset class, any stage. What matters is that you have actually built something and can talk straight about how.

Operators

You buy, manage, and reposition. You run the portfolio day to day and know where the bodies are buried.

Investors

You raise it, structure it, and place it. You have a real read on where capital and demand are heading.

Founders

You built the firm from nothing. First deal to first team, in your own words, with the pitch left at the door.

What to expect

Questions

The honest answers.

Do I need to prep?
No. There is a two-minute form so we know your firm, and you get a one-page guide ahead of time. That is the whole ask. The host does the real homework.
How long does it take?
Roughly thirty minutes on the record. You pick the slot from a booking link, record from your desk on Riverside, and we take it from there.
Is this a sales call?
No. It is a podcast. There is no pitch and nothing to buy. The host runs an AI firm for CRE, but the show is not the place for that, and the conversation stays about your work.
What do I need?
A laptop, a decent connection, and a quiet room. Recording runs in the browser on Riverside, so there is nothing to install. We handle editing and distribution.
Who is it for?
Active CRE operators, investors, and founders. Any market, any asset class. If you run the firm and can talk straight about how it got built, you fit.
